RWP BOOK LAUNCH  10.jpg

A rare shot of yours truly...relieved the public speaking part was over!

Fantastic 5 Star Feedback

I had an incredible night at my book launch for "How to have a wedding as individual as you are" with over 30 colleagues and friends helping me to mark the publication of my first ever book. Photos from the night are to be featured in Essex Life magazine so do check out June's edition to see who was there, who wore what and see all the smiling faces from the event. The book itself is getting glowing reviews and I am absolutely overwhelmed by the response it has received so far. Some comments so far include;

"I was super touched by how much of yourself you put into it Ross, how well written and how well structured and the way you brought an overall theme of loving acceptance..."

"Ross has a way of writing that immediately makes you warm to him. He has an insight to what makes us truly human..."

"This is a must read for any engaged couples who are feeling overwhelmed with the who process of wedding planning"

"This book was a delight to read! Written by an author who is passionate about helping couples enjoy their special day..."

There are lots of publications both online and in print (oh and a radio show...eeek!) that will be featuring me and / or extracts from the book over the coming months so stay tuned for more details.

In the meantime you can read more reviews and order your own copy of "How to have a wedding as individual as you are" by clicking HERE

Engagement shoot season has started...

....but sadly Spring had definitely  not when we shot Michelle & Jason's pre-wedding session in Harwich. However, we don't need sunshine and blue skies all the time to get wonderful photos and with coats firmly zipped up and equipment securely strapped down, we braved the biting wind and got some lovely images. The best part is that we now know where all the funky bright doorways, flower-covered parks and multi-coloured beach huts are before the big day in June.  I am sure on the day itself the weather gods will be a little bit kinder to us and we can swap moody monochrome images for stunning sun-kissed shots.

I have lots more pre-wedding shoots lined up which I am sure will feature in a blog post or newsletter soon...watch this space.

No sun...no problem. Creativity is not weather-dependent!

New ways of lighting up your love coming soon...

Boys and their toys...

If you've read my book you'll know I'm not a particularly geeky photographer and the technical knowledge and use of kit is a tool for creating wonderful images but not the reason for becoming a photographer in itself.  However, I have treated myself to a few new pieces of kit that will help me to create some wonderfully artistic evening and night time shots and make couples and families look even more incredible in my shoots. I'm super excited to be experimenting with this new kit (and eternally grateful to have friends with endless patience and a love for being in front of the camera to practice on).

Once again, I'm sure you will see the results very soon!

Well, that's all for now. Don't forget to follow me on social media (links below) to see all my new shoots and to get in touch with any questions or comments you may have. Enjoy the sunshine!!
